Yuri Misnik is the Digital CIO in HSBC and a Global Head of HSBC Digital Solutions organization. His day to day responsibilities include driving technology definition, architecture, implementation and operations of the HSBC retail and wealth digital capabilities. He has 15+ years of IT experience ranging all the way from a core development to solution architecture of mission critical systems. Yuri lived and worked in US, Australia, Singapore and London helping businesses like Siemens, Australian Tax Office, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, London Stock Exchange, Scandinavian Data Centre, Toyota, Nokia and others to use information technology to innovate in the digital space and solve practical business problems. Before HSBC Yuri was the Head of Technology for Amazon Web Services UK and Ireland where he was responsible for driving the technical conversations with AWS customers and bringing the next wave of innovation using the power of cloud technology. Yuri’s team created the customer-centric, agile and innovative technical culture which AWS in the UK and Ireland are famous for.

Dr. Tonya M. Peterson, PfMP, PMP, LSSGB, CSM is a Sr. Project Portfolio Manager for the enterprise technology team within US Bancorp responsible for strategic leadership, portfolio management, process improvement, methodology direction, resource management, and project management. Tonya is also a Mentor, Consultant, Coach, and Instructor. She has over 20-years of experience within the public and private sectors in the Information Systems area. Her expertise encompasses PMO operations, portfolio, program, and project management, continuous improvement, quality direction, productivity metrics, instruction, and organizational efficiency. She is proficient in capacity planning, technical guidance, strategic planning, and outsourcing. Tonya is writing her first two manuscripts on influencing project success and building a leadership organization

Neerja leads DevOps Transformation for HSBC Digital Solutuns globally. She joined HSBC 6 months back from a Tech start up Collotech, where she was heading Business and Technology. Prior to Collotech, Neerja has had a 20 year career across BT, Avaya, Nortel and Vodafone. Within these organisations she has been instrumental in setting up offshore R&D and presales practices. She has always been focused on customer centricity of businesses and enabling technology to achieve it. At HDS - apart from running DevOps philosophies, being an AI and alternative computing enthusiast, she also supports and sponsors Innovation Agendas.
